The Concept︎

For the focal point of this portfolio piece, I chose Harley Quinn from DC Comics. While she's a character many recognize, her backstory might not be common knowledge. In my design process, I focused on her Jester archetype, as outlined in my research. I aimed to capture the gritty, worn aesthetic that reflects her origins and surroundings. Each card in the set interacts uniquely with the typography, adding depth and personality. Consistent type treatment across most cards ties the collection together seamlessly.
